Simple, Gluten Free Easter Peeps Cake----

Everyone deserves  to feel special by being included in the festivities of the holidays, especially our celiac and gluten intolerant children. This Peeps Easter cake is the perfect, super simple way to include them in the holiday. 

SUPPLIES:

• 2 Boxes Pillsbury Funfetti gluten-free cake mix (or whatever GF mix you like)
• 2 Boxes of marshmallow peeps (these have GF on the package)
• Green buttercream icing (see our Simple, Super-Easy Gluten-Free Buttercream Icing Recipe)
• Pastel M&Ms (or GF candy of your choice)
• Grass tip (233 Wilton) and piping bag
• 2 9 inch round pans

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Make the Gluten-Free cake mix and put in the 2 round pans.

• Make the Gluten Free green icing.

• Ice the first cake and stack the second on top icing it also.

• Add green icing to the piping bag and make grass all over the top of the cake.

• Stick the GF marshmallow peeps around the perimeter of the cakes, make sure to add a little icing to each so they adhere. 

Voila!! Simple, Gluten-Free Easter Peeps Cake is done.
