Gluten-Free Stuffed Anaheim Peppers

Gluten-Free Stuffed Anaheim Peppers---

There are few things as flavorful as a fresh, locally grown  Anaheim pepper. They are  mild to medium heat with sweet undertones,  and about 6 inches in length which makes them perfect for stuffing. This recipe is perfect for us with celiac or gluten sensitivities. They are quick to make and require only TWO ingredients. Stuffed peppers are the perfect "go to" appetizer if you need a dish that is low maintenance. 

Let's make some stuffed Anaheim peppers!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 fresh Anaheim peppers
  • 3 (8 oz) Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut the top off the pepper. Slice in half, seed pepper, and rinse thoroughly


  • Take a butter knife or spoon and liberally add cream cheese to inside of pepper. Place on a cookie sheet. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes until cream cheese is hot.
