Gluten-Free Rosemary Chicken---
Rosemary chicken is a super easy, super yummy dish, it has just a few ingredients with hardly any prep time. This is my son's ( who is not celiac) favorite food. It is wonderful served hot, and also the next day heated up.
Let's make some gluten-free rosemary chicken!
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp.onion powder (1 tsp. + 1 tsp.)
- 2 tbsp. rosemary, crushed (1 tbsp. + 1 tbsp.)
- 2 tsp.salt (1 tsp. + 1 tsp)
- 2 tsp. pepper (1 tsp. + 1 tsp.)
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Half and quarter chicken breasts.
- In a large baking pan, pour olive oil in bottom. Place chicken in pan.
- Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. onion powder, and 1 tbsp. rosemary.
- Flip chicken and repeat, make sure olive oil has coated all chicken. Place in oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
